Using this website

You may use this site to make gifts, manage your own data and read information about our work.

You may not load the site with automated traffic, circumvent security measures, or submit false data or payment instruments belonging to someone else.

Gifts and projects

All amounts are in euro. A gift to a project is spent on that project; if that is no longer reasonably possible, we apply it to a comparable purpose within our charitable objects.

We are not a shop: a gift buys no product, service or counter-performance.

Refunds

Donations to a charity are final. Once your gift has been processed it is not refunded.

Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount of the gift concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
