Donation terms

Payments

Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a licensed Dutch payment institution. iDEAL, Bancontact, card and PayPal gifts are booked immediately; SEPA bank transfers are booked when the funds arrive.

Processing fees are shown transparently. You may choose to cover them; otherwise they are borne by the project or by SGS Benelux.

Recurring gifts

Recurring gifts are collected under a SEPA or card mandate you give at the first payment. You can change or stop a recurring gift at any time in the donor portal.

No refunds

Donations to a charity are final. Once your gift has been processed it is not refunded.

Use of funds and ANBI

Stichting Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Benelux is a recognised ANBI (RSIN 8027.66.821, Chamber of Commerce 41064217). Your gift is spent within our charitable objects and accounted for in the annual ANBI publication.

Tax deduction applies to residents of the Netherlands; donors elsewhere follow the rules of their own country.

Your data

We record your name, address, email and gift history because ANBI and tax rules require it. All data is stored and processed inside the European Union and is never sold or shared for third-party marketing. See the privacy statement for details.
